Processing Time

All items are handmade to order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment. Processing times may increase during peak seasons or product drops.

If you need an item by a specific date, contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

 

Shipping Time

We ship within the United States using tracked shipping methods via USPS. 

  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom embroidered items are created specifically for you.

Because of the personalized nature of these products:

  • All custom orders are final sale
  • No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun

Please double-check spelling, size, color, and personalization details before submitting your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted
  • Exceptions may be made for damaged or defective items (see below)

If you experience an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement or store credit when applicable.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once stitching or preparation begins.

 

(General) Care Instructions

To maintain the quality of your embroidered item:

  • Wash inside out on cold
  • Use mild detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • Do not iron directly over embroidery (or printed designs)

Proper care ensures long-lasting stitching and garment quality.
